Investigation of phytoplankton
Phytoplankton is that portion of plankton community comprising tiny
plants (e. g. algae and blue greens). It can considerable reduce the quality
of water and can greatly impede the treatment of raw water.
Sampling
appr. 250 ml vessel, fixation with LUGOL solution (K - J)
In accordance of quantity 1-, 5-, or 10 cm-sedimentation chamber (UTTERMÖHL),
appr. 24 h under constant temperature
