- Selection of extraction level of raw water to a level of minimal
algae concentration (usually hypolimnic drainage)
- Draining of surface water rich in algae cells out of the reservoir
(according to quantity of inflow and the requirement)
- Increasing of pH (liming) in case of Chrysophyceen (Synura spec)
